I only ask because the company picnic is coming up. I think if I have an event to keep their interest they woun't be running off into the woods and doing the same thing that happened last year. Almost 9 months later a good part of my staff was out on maternity leave.

ROFL!
I believe if you have a willing participant it is. Nothing precludes it. Sort of silly to think about really.
I would think you'd be very proud of helping to repopulate your region. Just think of the reunion parties you can have with all the children in a few years and the stories you can share.

Yeah that will go over real well.

How about a thong contest for the ladies, and maybe a contest to see which male exec can accurately write their name on the sidewalk with their urine? That will keep everyone's interest too, right?

It sounds like everyone on your staff is already enjoying themselves just fine. If you're worried about the consequences, cancel the picnic and just give them all well-earned bonuses.

Most of the time, employees would prefer the cash in their pockets vs. having it spent on a "morale building" picnic.

It's legal as long as they have on those velcro suits and be tossed against a wall. And it has to be done on the last Tuesday of the month, when there is a full moon out.

i don't know about legalities, but if the dwarf is you that they''l be tossing, i don't think you'll have any of last years frolicking to be a recurrence for this year. they might fight over the tossing though! how about a water dunking game. or paint ball fighting! take out all that inner office frustration!☺

Ok sorry if I can't understand your question here because english is my second language. But....you are speaking of tossing midgets? What a bad joke (question). And..how old is your staff? 15? 16? It sounds like you need to "toss" the staff.
