are you asking what plr is -- is is th prime lending rate and if you can get it -- get it -- as much as you can and run-- it is the prime lending rate and only the best ot the best get that rate!!!

PLR IS an abbreviation. The best I can find for what it means in Prime Lending Rate. That would be the interest rate offered to the best customers.
