Your local discount stores and office supply stores carry all of those supplies. If you're financially strapped many communities have "give away" sites where a person can go and pick up a backpack already loaded with supplies. Check with your local television stations to see if there's a give away date and site close to you. Good luck.

Many of the discount stores & office supply stores are running sales on all those things right now. If you still can't afford the supplies, you might check with your school & see if they know of any organizations that are helping with such things. Our school is providing some supplies through our At-Risk program, and local churches have donated supplies to help out. The Salvation Army has also helped with this in the past.
