I installed one this year, 30 foot run at 5 feet high and a 40" wide gate, cost for the materials, about $1300 for everything except my time. It's not the cheap Big Box vinyl fence this stuff you can beat the concrete with a picket and doesn't crack or chip, looks great and I haven't touched it at all. Good investment and my next project will be the handrail around my deck. I've been a painter for over 35 yrs and don't like painting spindles, too time consuming. Good luck. I live in CT. where everything is expensive!!!!!

Les the Painter(in which i am one too) has a good point here...do not buy the cheaper budget type vinyl fencing if you do this..I've seen the cheaper stuff get sun worn and brittle within 2 years and start breaking anytime something taps it etc...To keep in mind ..a fence does get hit etc..The cost is not cheap at all, but you save money in the long run by buying the best made other than replacing parts that have broken within a couple years...I've seen alot that are not worth the money you spend on it, and then again, some that is great.. an old saying is.."if you pay peanuts you get monkeys"..

Neighbor had one installed. It looks good, doesn't warp like the wooden one did. All he does is hose it off to clean it.

It is sturdier than I thought it would be. I am pleased that he did it. It was a good investment.
