Some people are incredibly stupid. Usually the ones who are that stupid, have NO medical insurance. So they do what they see on Reality TV, get BADLY hurt, go to the hospital; and the rest of us foot the bill for their injuries.
A good example is grinding; riding a skateboard down a CITY railing. The kid falls, breaks ALL his teeth. No insurance. Guess where the bill goes? To the rest of us every time we go to the hospital.
And the kid ruins a city railing, which has to be replaced. He does not pay for that, either.

I'm not really sure, but to me it's really a question of what are these reality shows and most of TV in general really accomplishing. What is their purpose? Entertainment? Marketing for some new pharmaceutical drug that will shrink the prostate or enhance "sexual intimacy"? It's all fantasy: the programming and the advertising.
Man, if we have to stoop that low just to be entertained we need to do some real soul searching cause we're really scraping the bottom of the barrel.
The older I get, the more I enjoy listening to the radio and reading.

the first negativity i think would they are not really real, take survivor for instance, has anyone ever not survived?
the second would be it gives our children the illusion that you get big paydays by playing games and that just is not realistic for most children

They aren't really "real" and give a warped sense of things. Its just a cheap way to make a TV show.
Good Luck!!!
