They're both lovely names, i particularly like Isaac Matthew.

Love the name Isaac. It means "laughter". Matthew is also a beautiful name.
The name Eliza makes me think of the girl in the musical "My Fair Lady", but that's a good thing. Audrey Hepburn was stunning in that role. Jasmine sounds very sweet and feminine, like the lovely starflower that bears that name.

I'm not so keen on the name Eliza. How about Elizabeth? I like the other names though:)
