Do you realise you are always doomed to frustration and failure because NOTHING is perfect and never can be in the physical world?

Yes, Ill admit that I am a perfectionist. A full blown perfectionest and Ill often over-do things or just get frustrated. And I will agree that nothiong I ever do will be completely and utterly perfect.
The only thing I disagree with is that I will always be doomed to failure. I believe that I can overcome my perfectionism by practice and seting bounds and learning as I go.
For example, when I vacuumed I would work on one room for a very long time because I couldn't tell when it was done and I wanted to get everything. Now, after being told, i wil only pick up the small pieces of paper and move on.
I am trying!

Well, I'm perfectionist because some times I want to do something, as example a draw or homework, and If it results bad I get crazy!.

As we know, nothing is perfect. As you can see, I'm studying English and my English is not perfect yet! jejeje.

Greetings.

I used to be until I realised - just like you're saying. Now I just aim for extremely good in everything I do. It has actually made me better at most things because I don't waste time trying to improve on what is already good enough.

I don't think that's true. I wish I wasn't though...it tends to mean I get nothing done because if I only have time to do it quickly I might as well not do it. Which is a bit stupid lol.

yes, I realise that (but thanks for telling us), so I have learnt to be happy with myself. I am extremely fortunate to have a lovely husband, 2 great sons, a close family relationship, a job I enjoy, and a decent home.
