are you hungry at the middle of the night? or just appetite?

well if i have dinner at about 7 pm, then I get kind of hungry at about 11 or 12 if i stay up till that time, and usually i don't eat because i've already cleaned my teeth, but if i haven't, i would probably have something - maybe some fruit that's healthy...(but one time i had some yummy cheese bread hehe)...lol what do u do?

Not at midnight. I'll have a bite around 11:00. Not much. I do get hungry during the night, but wait "til morning to eat.

I eat whenever I'm hungry - and that's often around midnight
Then again I work shifts so am often either working at that time, or am up because of not having work the next day

Always hungry in middle of the night. Three of us flat share we order pizza, Chinese and Indian for when we get back from clubbing. Always getting munchies.

I am pretty much finished eating by around 10:00.
