me well i can hold my temper,but inside i will be like burning,so i go some where and talk to myself about that person say bad words to that person.well not my family or friends but others like co-worker.boss or any other people. but for my family and friends,i cannot hold my temper and shout at them at once,they deserve to be shouted who ever make me lose my temper!!! XD

I can
I am always tempered by my friends
They call me a shrimp and they always tease me lot
But I think in the other way,
due to their harmful activites, I got some more friends who care about me
To get rid of temper take a deep breath
first leave the place that cause u the temper
forget the occasion at once so next day you feel fresh
always read joke and have some entertainment in your life
there are lots of things to cause u temper and lots of things to get rid of your temper
these are some of them.

The simple reason to control temper is
first identify the reasons causing it
second be cool,calm,
third think u are the god and use Ur power to forgive others.
do this ur temper will be under control

i can hold up my temper till the last minute after that i can,t control my temper. when ever i get tempered i sit down & drink lots of water and change by breathing rythm.

It takes a lot of effort and time to build up a relationship, thats what I remind myself to control my temper.

I can control my temper quite nicely. But once it out of control, then I just get nasty.

I am pretty good at holding my temper now. I got sick of paying the price for my "abrasive personality." We do smarten up when we get older.

I can hold it very well. I just control it because I know that the Angrier I get, the worse the outcome will be.

Earth indications, Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn. considering that there 'earth' indications, they're stable; meaning they like to look at lifestyles as 'the way it is' no longer spending too plenty time with their air in the clouds. so in terms of this question, they do tend to be quiet whilst confronted in a controversy, then finaly burst, becuase they're busy finding in any respect stable and valid data then, whilst they have adequate data being thrown at them, its time to retaliate

i have to control my temper becouse i m 22 5 feet tall and 47kg weight so you can imagine my condition otherwise i will b no more
