Get an exterminator to check it out. Reports of africanized bees seem to be more common. Better safe than sorry.

If your asking if this is a sign of bees in the wall, just go outside and see if there are visable signs of entering the questionable area... (there will be lots coming and going if this is a hive)... then yes get a bee guy... some are free and just want the bees, some are not...
