I just googled milk composition and discovered that human breast milk is 4.2% fat Therefore for every 16oz of milk you produce you will get .572oz of fat from it Therefore if you want to make a pound of butter you will need 28lbs of milk . I know that number is not exactly right because I neglected to decrease it to reflect milk solid and water pecentages . Still even it's 20% less that's a lot of milk to make

Like regular milk, you'd need to let the fatty parts rise to the top, first. Butter is made from cream, not from whole milk. Unfortunately, there's less cream in human milk, so you'll need a LOT of it to make a stick's worth of human butter.

It could be. But why? Isn't it more important that a lactating mother give that milk to her baby? Then there is the question of volume. You will note that there are zero products made from human breast milk.

Yes, of course. Butter can be made from any kind of milk, the only question is the taste and the price.
