So my questions are: Is that wierd?? And How can i stop this??

It happens to every one off and on. Nothing to worry. when it happens use boro glycerin or chew fresh coconut. It will be OK.

I do that a lot and I don't know how to stop it. I figured that if we stop doing it for a while (like a week) the skin restores, and there isn't any loose skin to bite on. I do it a little bit less but sometimes I don't even notice if I do until my mom tells me "there you go again." It's kinda hard to stop but you can do it less if you pay attention and chew other things like gum.

It's normal, I don't know any ways you can stop it except to try to keep your mouth filled with a little more air... For me it works after a while... Ha... But still bite it sometimes.

I do this too, I find it sometimes is just nerves- my husband does it and my 12 yr old does it when she watches tv-
My dentist one time mentioned he noticed it, and I asked if it was bad, he said no, it is common but that I could get mouth sores if I do this bad enough to break the skin.

Hi.Yes it happens to me a lot. I have been trying to find out is there anyway to stop this as it is very painful.
