Our bodies take care of any 'buildup' through absorption and/or wet dreams. (absorption example-vasectomy) As far as a release goes, its a personal thing for him to decide. There is no medical reason that requires a release.

Are you talking about how often would wet dream/nocturnal emissions occur if a guy wasn't masturbating? Maybe twice a month. Symptoms of semen buildup would be; he'd be aroused all the time and might even resort to humping furniture. Also he might get "blue balls" if he wasn't able to act on it.

there are no symtoms the body will release on its own that is what is called wet dreams the body will release if the dude doesnt do it himself. AND there is nothing wrong for a dude to wack it everyonce in a while it is a normal thing we do

Depends on him, four times a day, five times. And they don't have any withdrawal or depression symptoms. They might not be able to hold it for long if they are having sex after a long time.
