Compulsory literary drive . Free education to the needy. Skill oriented training open to all. More concentration on updating all educational institutions. More pay packages to trainers and teachers. Skilled labour is in short supply on one side and unemployment on the other. Create infrastructure for training after analysing the need in various sectors and provide trained labour. Establish a proper follow up system .
