Why do the people who are not perfectly educated, jump in the political line and become leaders of the country?
Some of them also do not know the language other then their provisional language.....

Those persons that are perfectly educated, as you put it, are smart enough to avoid politics. Additionally, those that are educated tend to be the progressive type, and usually opt for change in all matters, this tends to rub the status quo the wrong way.
As to the language of the provisional areas. I don't know

Think about it this way.
Why?
Why do the people who are not perfectly educated, jump in any line and become leaders of anything?

Some people aren't meant for political life. Some who are educated aren't meant to be leaders. Education doesn't always mean organized, innovative or enduring enough to withstand the rigors of politics. And some just plain out hate politics with a passion.

Is anyone really perfectly educated? Everyone has strengths and weaknesses...
And they become leaders because we vote for them. They have qualities that the majority of voters look for; Or they just tell us what we want to hear and we believe them...

They crave power over you and me.
They are successful because we allow them to be.
Your vote counts the same as any illerate, drunken bum, no more.
The shadow organizations pick candidates who will do as told and help them get elected at the city, county, state and national level.
How about a system that basis number of votes allowed an individual based on the amount of federal taxes paid....no taxes paid...no voting privilege...when the government robs Peter to pay Paul, it can rely on Paul to keep it in power.

1) Because people are willing to vote for them. 2) The well-educated people know they can get rich doing something else without being blasted in the media every day.
