But if you are smart about it you go tell the neighbors , hey im having a party on saturday night and it may get loud, if it bothers you come on over and tell me and I will be glad to keep it down for you. Maybe even invite them.

Every state, county and town is different. Where I live, you can play it loud till about 8pm, then somewhat loud till 10pm. After that, if it can be heard from the street, it's too loud.

Check with your local PD and see what laws your town is bound by.

The people 6 houses away from me had a party including fireworks. We don't know them, but they put a note through everyones door telling us what they had planned (including the fireworks because of pets) and hoped we wouldn't mind. I didn't mind at all because of the way they did it?

Wow, what kind of "loud" games will you be playing...?

Are you talking about recorded music or live music?

Are you having the party indoors or outdoors?

inform your niebours any number of people there .23.00 is the time you should stop the music and tell guests to leave quietly .invite the niebours round it might just keep things cool.

depends where you are really.

but if you let everyone know (and maybe invite the neighbours if it is do able) that way you are doing your best to warn them.

just don't be inconsiderate etc.
