I only have one. I found it in my pasture this year. It is made from the hair of all three of my horses tails. (one horse is white, one is black and one is red - you can see all three colors) It is a tiny little thing and so perfect. I'm having it put in a little glass cube.

My family does. We put them in our Christmas/Yule/Winter holiday tree for luck. The tradition got started during the winter of '77 (my mom had just gotten pregnant with me) and my mom and dad were taking a walk when my dad spotted an abandoned robin's nest. They took it home, put it in the tree and put a decorative bird in it. 30 years later, I still have that nest, even though it's crumbling. Each year, more nests were added to the collection, but that one remains special.

No, They could have lice in them And also birds come back to the same spot every year. They expect to see their nest there. If you went south for the winter wouldn't you want to find your home there when you returned?
