Nothing. Generally farm animals do not have animosity towards each other they just graze together. The reason that cattle and sheep are generally kept apart is to minimise the spread of disease since all grazing animals defecate the areas they feed on and illness can be cross fertilised this way. Despite popular belief neither animal is particularly aggressive unless protecting it's young ones in which case they would fight to the death or at least until one of them withdrew. I would suggest that as bulls and rams are of different sizes a head to head charge would not be possible, The bull would probably be victorious due to it's propensity for trampling it's opponents, something a ram could not do being limited to charging and butting.

They do not bother each other unless one gets in the way of the other. They do both eat grass, but they are not interested in the same females.
I had my ram Fufu in the same field with my parents bull & cows and they never bothered each other.

NOW! if you have 2 bulls in the same field, they will fight each other until one establishes that he is the top male and has breeding privileges.
The females are the same way. there is always a top female cow that eats first and that the others will follow.
