You get angry when:
- things are not going the way you wanted.
- someone insults you
- you get disappointed with yours or others.
-you feel vulnerable or threatened.
How to overcome:
1) Don't do anything when you get angry bcoz whatever you do may be irrational, illogical and impulsive.
2)Delay your response.
3)Think of earlier occasions where he/she has helped you. this helps your anger to come down.
4)Express your anger in a calm and polite way without hurting the other person.
5)Count 1 to 10
6)Drink a glass of water.
7) leave the place and go to some other place . and always be positive .

You know very well that you are getting angry and if you want you can minimise your intensity of your anger, You just one day take an oath that today you will not get anger for anything whatever happens on that day, You watch and know the result . Never take it out on something alive. Try hitting or smacking a pillow. Don't harm yourself either.
Learn the 12 step program and go to anger management classes.
If you find yourself in a bad way try throwing an apple at the wall and this will relieve tension.

Try taking out the anger by doing a hobby or other sportive action.
i like to draw and than rip the drawing so the bad energy come out and not stay in the house

First you have to know the hazzards or danger of anger,then you or easily reduce your anger.
Main hazzards
1.increase BP

and allso psuchological problems. When you are controll your anger before it you have to safeguard your physical aswell as your mental problems.

eat cheese before bedtime and cry as much as you can when possible also be mean to people all the time but subtley if you are mean and nasty and it goes unnoticed but makes people feel bad and makes you feel good you wont be so inclined to be angry.
