If you're mainly looking for a good location, try Hotel Mazowiecki in 10 Mazowiecka Street, although it might be disappointing by the Western standards.

Congratulations! Warsaw seems a lovely place to hold a "stag party."
But...Be Aware! Police are cracking down on rowdy noisy stag parties and arresting offenders. City residents are upset with the noise and nudity.
Respect the host country!

Hi..the Hotel Europejski used to be the best hotel in Warsaw but sadly it is now closed but many of Warsaws hotels are very good...try a hotel thats located on Krakowskie Przedmiescie Street as its central to both the new and old town. The Hotel Bristol is very good but maybe a bit expensive so shop around online to find the best deals. book your taxi ahead of arrival or go to the taxi rank outside the airport..never take a taxi from touts who ask you inside the airport or you can kiss goodbye to your spending money, they are way expensive if they think you cant speak Polish. ...btw...congratulations...whens the happy day?

You can stay further away if you stay somewhat sober. Please be respectful to the Polish people and customs while you are there. I have heard horror stories of disrespectful British bachelor parties.

In my experience the bars in the tourist bit (the old town) are outrageously expensive. Be warned.
