Don't you think it is strange that we now associate good nutricius mealss with subways or firehouses, that is like saying the best hot dogs are a the humane society. Following this logic can you think other things that would fit this wisdom.

So ground up subway passengers and firemen ( not to mention the Dalmatian) make a nutricious sandwich meat. Can I have extra mayo with that please? Makes about as much sense as braille on the drive up ATM machine.

This doesn't answer your question, but when I read 'sandwich' I thought of it - I was dating a guy who is a chef in the Air Force. He told me one day about the make-up of a sandwich. You have your bread, your meat, your garnish and your moistening agent.

Moistening agent... makes me think of KY Jelly....
