4days ago i started going to the toilet alot and then i spotted a light bit of blood on the toilet paper didnt get my periods yet still waiting and then 4 the past few days my breast is a bit sore even on the sides and last night when i rumbed it it hurt and my lowerback is acking can it be pregnancy or something else i work alot dont have time to see a doc help and i also my stomach is crapping a little

Take a test. Now if you're overworking yourself that could screw up your periods. But also light blood could be implantion bleeding. See the weird thing about pregnancy sympthons is that it could always be something else too. So your best bet is take a test. If it's neg and you still don't get your period in a week take another one.

Well a few things to think about...
1. have you had sex to worry about being pregnant?
2. have you used a pregnancy test yet?
3. You work a lot and don't have time to see the doctor, but you have time to have sex... ok

take a home pregnancy test and if it is positive make time to go to the doc

hmm, well That sounds like a period coming maybe...Since you don't have time for a doctor maybe try a home test just to be sure!
