where do you get the renew, flare, scathe and hastega magicks?

These magicks are not available until late in the game, so if they aren't showing up for you now, check back.

Renew - Dalmasca Westersand - 30,600 gil
Flare - Balfonheim Port - 11,200 gil
Scathe - Necrohol of Nabudis - 18,100 gil
Hastega - Dalmasca Estersand - 16,600 gil

Also, I know people have had a hard time finding the spell Ardor, so I'll include it for you.
Ardor - Barheim Passage - 15,600 gil
