I'm just looking for a comprehensive sheet with a list positions and players ranked at each position, I can't seem to find one I like.

Try www.nflfootballstadiums.com, they have overall player ranking cheat sheets and a set of team depth charts. You'll want both when you sit down at your draft. The player ranking is good to have as you are drafting guys, but when you want to handcuff backups to starters or make sure all the starters are taken for a given position, the team depth chart comes in handy.
