Existentialism is a philosophy of isolation. Yet, we all have different DNAs, and one could say that none of us have exactly the same life experience.

But to me existentialism is a cop-out. The whole point of life is to find the similarites, values, and ethics that we can share in living together and making this a better planet. You do not have to sacrifice your ethics or uniqueness to engage in society. To me it is more valuable to share in this, than to do withdraw, which essentially an existentialist does.

A somewhat credulous take on human subjectivity, a desire to plunge into telling others how to live their lives without waiting for a better version of the metaphysical presuppositions (on which ethical reasoning is based) to come along, a pipe, a beret, and a girlfriend named Simone.

I have no emotions. I only believe in what I see. I don't believe there's anything above us or below us and what we do now won't affect us later b/c this is it and there's nothing after this life.
