onto a new computer (WITHOUT A DISK DRIVE)

I can have my old computer turned on next to it and emulating a disk drive but I have no idea where to go from there.

you might be able to use alcohol 120 to create a virtual drive and install it from there but I doubt it due to the fact that operating systems install from their own dos based installer and the computer has to shut down and restart during this process so it would lose connection with the other computer.

If you have access to a computer that has a disk drive burn it to a disk, put the hard drive out of the computer you want it on into the other computer, install it on that drive. then delete all the drivers that are loaded, shutdown the computer and swap the hard drive back into the right computer and boot it. it should configure all the new hard ware, since you deleted all the drivers.

You don't need an emulator. Copy the contents of the DVD to the hard drive, into its own folder, and run the setup program from there.
