Chris, go to the task bar and click until you see a small icon that looks like a plus line. Once it is in place, drag that little icon to the place where you want your task bar.
Just wait until you see the little plus sign or it won't work.

Press ur click >>> on mouse over task bar and drag it to bottom .. thats it.. if its on top side.. if its locked right click on taskbar and unlock it..

Right click on it, Click on LOCK THE TASKBAR, Then drag to the bottom.

Drag it back over to the place you % it. click on any empty area and drag it. to fasten the taskbar, staggering click in any empty area of it, and choose the "lock taskbar" determination.
