Could be an infection. Please tell your mom as well. As for the issue of going to the doctor I know that you don't want to go to the doctor because it can be scary and uncomfortable but this really needs to be evaluated by a doctor. I would recommend seeing a female doctor about this issue because I think you'll feel a little more comfortable talking to a woman about this issue.

HELLO THERE SELENA,
I wish you had told us whether or not it was itching.....so you do not want to go to the doctor.....well, I think you should go to the pharmacy or grocery store and buy a tube of Hydrocortisone 1% OINTMENT......apply the ointment 3 times a day.....it may help clear it up....but if this does not work then you need to see a doctor, ok?? I want to wish you the very best of luck with your situation and may God bless and keep you safe and healthy..

It may be any infection caused due to unhygeinic means of washing your spot during the periods .
Don't worry there are many creams available for hygeinic washing of the spot .
Have it ,and forget your tension.

Did you shave it?
cause like, if you did, the bumps may be from the hair growing back, and it may be bleeding from you scratching it too hard., cause when the hair grows back it itches like crazyy.
