Nope, no effect at all. To make any further comments or give you any specific advice, I would need much more specific details of the problem. It would be fair generally to say there are not that many things that improve male fertility, however if you have even a few active sperm in vitro fertilisation is always an option.

Not that I'm aware of based on what I've read about it but I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
