I just moved from London to Birmingham and would like to know where to buy a monthly bus pass, how much it cost, and if I have to fill in any form for that.

You can get get monthly ,weekly bus passes form most main Newsagents in Birmingham
Not sure how nuch they are now but if i remember right you have to get a passport photo done aswell.

it rather is somewhat no longer deductable. the sole exceptions evaluate business company journeys to locations that are no longer your place of artwork. yet keep in mind, you get a typical deduction on your tax return besides.
