America has entered the age of empire. Most major countries do that... they progress from a basic democracy, then increasingly get apathetic, which allows some really creepy people to take over and keep the country in a constant state of war, usually on multiple fronts, with both real and imagined enemies, and also heavily relying on propaganda to reinforce their agendas. Each time the personal liberties were sacrificed. Each time it is marked with great corruption in government and a collapsing economy at home.
The Roman empire, the English empire, the French empire, Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union... all expended their resources on making war and annexing neighboring countries to plunder, and all of them collaped under that burden. The US is getting there fast.

I know what you mean, worst of all I can't stand how people from some parts of the world come here and then all they do is criticize our nation and culture. To me its like "What the hell, out of all the places to go in the world besides the country you were from, you picked the USA and now all you want to do is turn up your nose at every last thing we do say and enjoy and the way we operate?! What did you expect when you came here, you could just buy a few motels, open a few minimarts, drive your cab for a few years to save up, then send all your loot back to the old country, without even assimilating one iota?" I think you know what people I'm referring to...

in accordance to Wikipedia, the term 0.33 worldwide arose for the duration of the chilly conflict to define worldwide places that remained non-aligned or independent with the two capitalism and NATO (which alongside with its allies represented the 1st worldwide) or communism and the Soviet Union (which alongside with its allies represented the 2d worldwide). This definition presented a manner of widely categorizing the international locations of the Earth into 3 communities according to social, political, and fiscal divisions. despite if the term maintains for use colloquially to describe the poorest worldwide places in the worldwide, this utilization is substantially disparaged through fact the term no longer holds any verifiable meaning after the autumn of the Soviet Union deprecated the words First worldwide and 2d worldwide. collectively as there's no same present day alternative, uncomplicated possibilities contain coming up worldwide and worldwide South.

In America we have the power and RESPONSIBILITY to hold a bloodless revolution every 2 and 4 years, however the vast majority have become lacadadasical in their civic duties leaving the political prossess to narrow minded extremist on both sides of a few issues better left to societys social moores than legislation. The rise of a logical and sound minded 3rd party is our best hope of turning away from the side show of prefrence verses prejudice single issue politics.Im sure this will happen eventually once things become out of hand to the degree that hard ships brought on by years of Govt. mis-management and overt pollitical corruption can no longer be overlooked by the majority of Americans regardless of creed or heritage.

I think the same way.
People have become so selfish and are not really thinking things through. They come to America for a better life, but yet complain about it. Hopefully America can change thru time.

i know a lot of people in the us that are very unhappy because the Prohibition or so of saying: Merry Christmas! because it can be offensive to other people's religion or belief, it's Christ birth!! how can people celebrate if there are other that don't believe that? that's culture, you can't tell me i can't tell people on street that I believe in Jesus Christ's birth! things like that instead of unify a country, it makes it fall apart, the last touch for the roman empire to fall was the banning of having differences cultures (including religion) and imposing just one or having none...this world is falling apart because people is losing their true values, besides making war is never the answer to could live in a free world

Seriously. You'reright on themoney. I am sick and tried of hearing people say or use freedom of expression; rights to their advantage, when it is breaking what America stands for. It's almostlike stepping over someone who has shown you the way-helped you come clean, and this is how you thank them?..bs minorites. I hate PC. I hate how for everything--"I'm gonna sue" ; it's getting out of hand. I just wish that we could come together and weed the weak or the jerks out of the tread, but we can't-but in time-things will get back to normal, when they realize it's getting out of line and we are not going to stand for it.
