Well, it doesn't have to be the least, if the least happens to be a country that is stuck in the last century. I'd like to know which civilized countries have the least corruption. Do not say America, and if America was your first thought, don't bother answering.

The one Country in the WHOLE World that is the least corrupt si the one that does not exist except in our minds. ALL Countries are corrupt, even Communist ones. Now to figure out which is the absolute least corrupt you need to figure out which has the least amount of government influence on peoples lives. That would be one of the 3rd World Countries like somewhere in the Pacific Ocean.

Its not Nations that are corrupt! Its the politicians - unelected and/or elected - who are corrupt. It will never be wholly stamped out. Arab and African Nations R top of the tree! So R many Asian countries, not forgetting of course the USA & the UK figure in there somewhere.
As regards the least, I suggest areas of Europe. i.e. Portugal, Spain. Lichtenstein, Austria and Bavaria!

I think all countries governments are corrupt this day in age. All they want is to line their pockets..
someone said all south american countries that is a major lie. I am south american colombian to be exact and even my government is super corrupt.

Look up transparency international and you can see charts and comparisons. Iceland, Greenland, Sweden, Denmark, Switzerland, and New Zealand are least corrupt.
Then Britain, Canada, Australia, Germany, and Austria follow these as least corrupt.
