Everything is monitored by the BRAIN. So scientifically love starts from the brain but in literature you will find that love comes from heart only.
I am sure it is not eye because if it were so then blind people never fall in love but they actually fall in love.

i think love starts from the eyes,first u see a guy or girl then i guess you keep on thinking of him or her thats from the heart then finally you realize that you are in love thats from the brain
