Look at the geography section of this Wikipedia article.
Also note the position of the mountains pushed up by the ISC tectonic plate.
Burma lies outside those mountains.

The term 'Indian Subcontinent' refers to the landmass surrounded in north and east by the Himalayan ranges. This physiographic divide is not so pronounced in the west therefore it is a sub-continent (and not a continent). Myanmar lies to the east of this physiographic division and hence not part of the Indian subcontinent.

It is also on a different tectonic plate but this information is not relevant as tectonic plates are a geological division and do not mark the boundaries of continents (Europe and Asia are on the same plate). It is the geographical features, such as mountains, seas and oceans, that are traditionally used to define continents.

Burma is more to the right of India and only a Little bit borders with India,it also boarders China and Bangladesh

Mymnar (Burma) is outside Indian tetonic plate.
