and i mean a scene not a whole movie!
I'll share mine first i have no idea why but whenever i see this scen from this movie(I think its anari number 1) i laugh with tears.Its when govinda gets kidnapped (attached to a khatiya with rops)and calls his sardarjee friend (johny lever) whos a daler mehendi fan to free him.
Im even laughting now while typing!

In Hera pheri when the three are in their helmuts squattng near a tree in hiding. and paresh rawal starts to pee..and then akshay asks him what hes doing and hes like " hum yaha pesab karna ke liya baithe nahi?" or somethign liek that..

WAY too many to fit into this space. But here's a few that I can recall off the top of my head: Juno - shakes pee stick to see if she's really pregnant and store clerk says: "That ain't no etcha sketch, home skillet. This is one doodle that can't be undid." Grease - Sonny is almost caught spiking the punch with alcohol by one of the teachers, and the teacher goes: "What are you doing?" Sonny says: "Washing my hands." In Bruges - Colin Farrel's character throughout the whole movie is pretty funny, but the scene where he karate chops the midget on the neck and he drops like a sack of potatoes was hilarious. Tigerland - Colin Farrel's character is being yelled at by his superior in the Army: "And I don't wanna hear some troopy needs a mental hygiene wet nurse!" Star Wars Ep 2 - Padme, Anakin and Obi Wan are in the arena getting attacked by the pit monsters. Nute Gunray REALLY REALLY hates Padme and wants her die. The tiger-like creature slashes his claws at her back and draws blood. Nute Gunray laughs to himself. Then, Padme uses the chain to swing and drop kicks the alien tiger and it falls. Nute Gunray: "She CAN'T do THAT! Somebody SHOOT her! Or something!"

The funniest scene I have seen in the film 'Subarna Golak'. It's a bengali movie. 'Subarna Golak' means 'the golden sphere'. The idea of the film that if someone takes the golden ball from anyone, their mind will be interchanged. The body will be the same but the mind will be interchanged. This creates lots of problems. No one knows how it happens. At last people will discover the real fact. The movie is really enjoyable one.

Remember Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna. That scene makes me laugh so much when Rani Mukherjee is dressed in those clothes advised by SRK and she goes home and does all that stuff to impress Abhishek Bachchan. All their guests were there and when Amitabh Bachchan opens her blindfold, she doesn't know what to do while Abhi faints!!!
