You can apply for a teaching profession in what ever country you want to live in....especially if you want to teach English as a foreign language. Just determine where you want to live, and apply directly to school boards, commissions, or academies. It is best to have a good degree from a reputable school.

If you want to be a school teacher it's more complicated than becoming a language teacher.

To become a school teacher (in the UK): You need a degree in a relevant subject then a teaching certificate (PGCE), or you can study for 3 or 4 years for a Bachellors in Education.

To teach languages (English as a Foreign Language - TEFL): You can easily get only a course in the UK that will fully train you and take about 3 months to complete - I think these can be studied part time over a longer period. If you have some prior teaching experience and just need the qualification, you can do an online TEFL course through a company such as i-to-i, lasting from 40 to 120 hours.

Good luck.

In which country? Do you mean how do you train to be a teacher? In most countries you need to have a university degree and then a diploma of teaching or education before you can seek employment in a school. Some private schools may not require the teaching diploma. You should make enquiries to the Department of Education in the state or capital city in which you are living. Many universities offer teaching scholarships.

Hey, when you complete your course we have 50 openings of teaching positions where I live. All changes would be improvements.

Also......makes no difference if you have ongoing monthly appts with psychiatrists, psychoanalysts or parole officers.
