how much superstitious nonsense can the 21st century tolerate?
seriously- anyone who is scared of such obvious b.s. has the mental acuity of a child
Mygirl- care to explain, or are you afraid that a parsimonious approach would make for a less exciting story?
Ben- where would one "look this up"?
Muslim by choice- do you also believe that your prophet rode to heaven on a winged horse?

Oh no they were not made to ever be toys for little children ! They were made to be able to reach spirits.Spirits that should be left where they are.Anyone who gives one to a child to play with needs to have their head examined ! Please use great care with these boards ! They may seem like a toy to someone with no experience ...but do not open a can of worms !

Unfortunately many children can get into trouble by using them and not knowing how to use them safely. Ouija boards are bad news, especially when in the hands of a novice, who could open the door for any spirit or negative entity to answer or worse, enter the house.

They are not toys, and they can be dangerous. They can open a portal that anything that wishes to can come through. You cannot control it. I also think that there is way too much obsession with ouija boards. Way too many people out there just don't get it. They think that it IS just a toy, just a game, just a trick...but it isn't. It is real, and real bad things can happen if you don't know how to protect yourself and take precautions. Don't be obtuse.

Spoken like a true innocent. I hope you stay that way for your own sake. There are many, many cases of evil entities attaching themselves to houses and people through the door that is opened when using a ouija board. Just because you've never seen it happen for yourself doesn't make it any less true.
EDIT: Dr. Schmitty- I think it much more likely that it was an out-of-body experience, but I guess you'd find that far-fetched as well.

I'm with you sister! People need to quit it with the Ouija board questions. However, they are real and extremely dangerous. Remember The Exorcist? That movie is actually based upon a true story where a boy was visited by his aunt who brought with her a Ouija board and played with it in his bedroom. This is how he became possessed; the board invited an evil spirit into his room and ultimately took control of him. If you don't believe me look it up.
