PC's are emotionless is it an advantage or disadvantage for us??

Well,

Granted, PC's are emotionless. However, the benefits of having computers on this planet are so great. Words can't even describe how computers have benefited the human race.

Computers put robots on other planets, computers keep your artificial heart working, computers keep your car's engine working properly, they keep banks safer, allow medical breakthroughs, mapping the human genome, communicate around the world instantly, the list goes on and on.

Personally, the benefits far outweigh the negative side-effects. (ie, the unemotional aspect to them. You should see what a supercomputer looks like, hehe)

The computer is like any form of technology. All technology is a biproduct of the industrial revolution. It allows us to be more efficient, and do boring repetitive tasks without straining our human limits.

In the end..... it really doesn't matter what the machine looks like, as long as it does its job.

It's a disadvantage certainly. If PC's would have had emotions every one of us would be in love with her (it). Imagine every one or a software engineer working minimum 10 hrs/day with PC means more than a honeymoon whether in office or at home. I certainly think that the PC's shud've emotions & I'll kill the b... who spreads virus. I'll also cry if the har(d)t disc crashes as this means end of a love story.
