Given the number of unhappy celebrities on detox and in HELLO! magazine having fights and break ups and downs - no. And famous means celebrity these days. Unless you mean famous within her field (such as a doctor who invented a cure for cancer) but even then famous can mean rich and rich means insulated from reality. I will take the anonymous lover.

I am not the scarcity-mentality, jealous kind. I would be very happy, if my lover/spouse were famous, or, even a celebrity! I would revel & bask in the associated glory.
