Yes definitely!!
Although he is somewhat implicated in the invasion of Iraq in 2003, it was Powell alone who convinced Bush that he should have UN support for such an invasion. Powell went to the UN and failed to achieve this support.
Bush then decided to go it alone, however Powell remained in favour of any action being international in nature so as not to leave America so exposed. History has validated Powell's view, and I believe it demonstrates he most certainly has the kind of judgement that a US president simply must have.

Not after he helped to launch Bush's lie-based war. Have they found those Chemical Labs on Wheels yet?

I used to think he would have made a good president, but his cowardice in abandoning his principles to help PNAC sell its war in Iraq cost him his credibility, which he can never regain.

His time is past. If he was going to be taken seriously as a candidate it would have been in 2000. He's tarnished now due to his association with the Bush administration.

No. He made huge mistakes in the case to invade Iraq. What makes he qualified to be president?

Yes, he would. He has a backbone. But that is why he wouldn't get the support (from those corrupting lobbys) and he will not e able to make it. Sad but true.
