My water pressure in my backyard is moderate. The water pressure in my front yard is ridiculously low. My sprinkler in the back sprays 8' high. In the front with same hose and sprinkler only goes 3' tops. Is there anything I can do?

It appeared that the inlet pressure is low.Test the pressure at the tap closest to the meter .If pressure OK,then the problem is due to internal distribution system.Or if you have a pressure gauge, measure the pressure achieved.

If pressure is still low.
Install a booster pump ,should solve all the nagging problem

Start by examining the system and finding where the pipes go and find all the valves. I am willing to bet you have a valve in the back section which is partially closed or which has caught an bit of trash or both. Do a simple test (or buy a pressure meter): close off the end of the back yard hose (like with a manual sprinkler handle) and let it stand for a moment, then open the end quickly. Does the water rocket out for a few seconds then drop way back? If so, you have an obstruction (or partly closed valve) in the line which allows full pressure to build only with no flow.
You might look to see if there is an underground or indoor cutoff for the outdoor back to prevent freezing of the above ground bib.

you must have galvinized water lines and something is restricting water flow in your low pressure points. if it is good at one place it should be good all around. call a plumber to diagnose. if you have all copper lines, there's something wrong at each point .
