Okay what does it mean if I am bloated....?

I feel bloated on my lower stomach and the cramps go to my vagina for like a couple mins then it goes away and I just ate but It wasnt because I was hungry I feel bloated wat does that mean

Could be related to gas. I've had this happen to me before. I would recommend getting in touch with your doctor as well to see what they say.
