can people find out if you read a youtube bulletin?

i read a bulletin on youtube saying if i did not post something my account would get deleted (i dont belive chain letters however if someone found out i read it they could somehow delete my account.)

Well no I'm almost sure they can't find out if you have read it unless they have this super special awesome program that lets you do that (I highly doubt that program exist though) and yeah I've gotten that bulletin like 25 times, nothing happens, I wouldn't worry about it.
