im pregnant with my third baby and i was wondering if i might be further along or carrying twins.i know the mother decides and my great grandmother had twins and her mother before that. my mother and law also did. so im wondering did any of you guys out there start showing early with twins or just found out you were further along?

the more children you have the more you will show quicker. also, you might want to consider this will be more than a single birth. good luck with it and let us know!!!

I had twins, and yes, I started showing way earlier than with my first baby. I was already bursting out of my "normal" clothes in my 2nd month. That doesn't necessarily mean that you're carrying twins though. The fact that twinning does run in your family increases your chances of having twins, however. Go ahead and buy yourself some maternity jeans and clothes. You're pregnant. You need to wear what's comfortable, no matter how far along. Good luck to you!

I'm pregnant with my third and I started showing at 7 weeks, so you may be having twins if you are showing. Chances seem pretty high though that you are a bit further along than you think. Have your dr. do an ultrasound.

Fraternal twins greater your chances when its on the maternal side.
However I did hear that the more babies that you've been pregnant with the greater your chances are of a twin conception. I don't have any proof to back that up though!!!

properly i'd say which you will get out the maturnity pants. your first is barely 4 months and that has no longer been adequate time on your abdomen muscle mass and stretching of your uterus to return to typical. so i think of that it somewhat is in all probability with the aid of fact of for this reason your already getting greater. reliable success and congrats.

this happened to my neighbor...and she is pregnant with twins....have you had the ultrasound to check?
