For your case I'd go with WDW. There's more to do there, so your two weeks will be well spent (assuming your main reasoning for travel is the theme park) Some things at WDW That sound right up your alley: The Pixar countdown to fun parade, Hollywood studios (HS) , I can't really recommend this entirely because I haven't seen it but it looks cool The finding Nemo Musical, Animal Kingdom (AK) The toy story ride at HS, and there's a Buzz Lightyear one in Magic Kingdom (MK) THE BEAUTY AND THE BEAST SHOW AT HS! It's so good. It's got great music, dancing, costumes, it's really just incredible. The Lion king show at AK is fantastic! Lots of fun. Rather than it being a short version of the movie, they've got characters and songs from the movie paired with acrobats and fire juggling type people. It's so cool. Pirates of the Caribbean: I'm not a huge fan of it, but the ride is fairly popular. It's in MK The New Little mermaid ride in MK should be open when you go there, so definately try that. And then seriously, meet characters. It's so fun. Maybe even get an autograph book, it's really a charming thing to do.
