Why would you wanna speed up your period? It's a pain in the ***. Boob growth? Don't be in a rush to grow up! Childhood is the best time of your life... Or so I'm told! I'm almost 13 and I don't wanna grow up :]!

you seem young dont rush things it will come to you in the right time. i wanted to get boobs and have my period soooooooooooo bad that i would cry . but now im older and have a period and i hate it i have the worst cramps . but if you want dat all you got to do is worry and stress make you have a period . and as far as boobs you can pull on them and play with them that can help

no, there isn't only time will tell. girl you dont want to have big boobs. they are a pain trust me it's really hard to find bras that are comfy when you have big boobs. you need to be patience and if you don't mature into a big bust than don't worry about it. im a 36 d-dd cup and i wish i could be smaller. hope i helped ya.

you grow and develop until your 18 usually.. then it all stops ..the boobs sure with surgery for implants..other than this...no ..sorry.. time will be the only thing that will help..time with aging..hugssss

No. And you dont want your period!!!! I know its sounds like fun, and what not, but once you get it is soooo f ucking annoying!!! I mean come on, there blood gushing out down there, cramps like hell and major bloating!!! Plus huge mood swings!!!! You just feel like absolute crap when your on it.

i hate to tell you this sweetie, but no there isn't. it will all happen in its own time and everyone's body and timing is different.
don't believe any of the adverts about breast enhancement, or creams or gels, or anything! they don't work and you won't need them.
be patient - your body will turn out just right for you!
