I'd say Australia, NewZealand as English is the main language these countries and then if u want to try some asian country then go India in the metropolitans where English is the main language. Not all people speak English out there but then it will be in the remotest part where people don't speak English but mind u they can understand it ;-) hmmm if u go to Goa u'll have the time of ur life oh btw the Country is beautiful and u can live live easily there as u wud get almost all the cuisines from all over the world. It's a lively place where u find the indigeneous culture mixed with the cultures from around teh world combined to form a harmony wherby anyone can survive there.
If u want more information of the diversity of India u can look up some websites and wikipedia.org for more info.
Australia and New zealand no doubt are the exotic places and u will find many beautiful places there so yeah these 2 are also the hotspots which thrive on ur need for English afterall these do come under the British Juricdiction. And India was ruled once by the Britishers so yea even their main language turned out to be English....lol the irony is it's their independence day on 15th August :) tomorrow.

If you are thinking Mauritius , why ask ? Yes , I believe Mauritius is Lovely . The Maldives ; Fiji Islands are wonderful and English speaking . You can look them up on the internet , see the islands , coral reefs and resorts , or get a copy of Lonely Planet Fiji guidebook . You can book your accomodation at the tourist office at the airport on arrival . It helps to have some ideas beforehand . I chose three islands for a two week stay ( Nowhere near long enough ) . I hated the second resort and after breakfast on the second day , went to the office and told them so ; please to ring the tourist office and have them transfer me back to the first island ; I didn't mind if I had to return to Nadi and pay again . In half an hour everthing was organised , nothing more to pay , just get on the ferry at midday . Some resorts are very loud organised and brash ; if you like the party scene ok , but why go all that way to an idyllic " Desert " Island to do it .
I particularly liked the resort " Nabua Lodge " on the Island of Nacula , in the Yasawa group , because it was very simple , the people very friendly , a devine white sand beach and lovely swimming in crystal clear water . Another more sophisticated resort on the same Island is Oarsmans Bay Lodge ; which has more substantial Bure cabins and plastic sun loungers on the beach , not to my taste . The beach is superb , with hardly anyone on it and one of the prettiest coral reefs I have seen . I used to enjoy the walk along the beach and through the jungle to reach this beech . From either resort their are boat trips to Blue Lagoon , sight of the film ; better to go at high tide otherwise the coral is too near for comfort underneath .
There are many Islands to choose from . I observed that the main island which has a big mountain has a lot of rain , whereas the off islands do not .
I think it may be true to say that in all the exotic holiday destinations , English will be widely spoken .
I live in Thailand and would recommend Krabi as an Exotic region with many beautiful resorts , from which you can take ferry trips and longtail boat trips to off Islands . When I see French or Italian people they all have to speak English .

You said "Exotic". The ancient kingdom of Bhutan in the Himalayan Mountains nestled between India and Tibet. Although English is prevalent it's only recently been exposed to Internet and such western influence as Coca Cola.
It used to be the worlds best kept secret and travel was restricted to a quota with a standard fee of USD 220 per day. There's no place like it in the world and it is not over visited or over-commercialized.
Go to this page for many links to fascinating Bhutan

I would say India- it lets you experience a variety of cultures, languages, food and spirituality all in one country! And even if some of the people you meet may not speak English, they would make up for it with the enthusiasm and warmth they would share with you!
