If you have someone who can back you up on the false accusations, bring that person along so you have some sort of proof. However if you know that the person constantly lies, confrontation won't work because they'll just make up another story.

What you want to do is instead of confronting the person who accused you, bring your friend along and tell everyone else what the real story is. That way, everyone else will know to beware of their lies (better yet, befriend her friends so they won't believe a word she says about you).
