i plan to go london end april to may 2008. how's the weather there..?

I am often in England round that time and I have had very different weather the different times.
It can be rain, hard winds and miserable. But it can also be very nice and sunny.

So bring trousers, (jeans will do,) a couple of sweaters and a rainproof windproof jacket.
But also bring T-shirts and some clothes for sunny weather, for a sunny but not too hot summer day.

April/May is the end of their winter, beginning of spring. You will still find fairly cool days and cooler nights. Always carry an umbrella.
