at the beginning (before opening titles) there is this woman in a meeting, like for her job or something... and something happens to her leg and she just randomly screams out loud...
in the end house finds out that she needs a heart transplant (or something) but she has cuts on her leg and is bulimic... (or something) and house asks her if her life is worth more than his job... and he ends up lying to the transplant committee so they will give her a heart...

i might have got the beginning of the episode mixed up with a different episode... i don't know.
but it's the heart transplant bulimic lying episode that I'm after...

The name of the episode is CONTROL and it aired 3/15/05.
If you go to ( http://www.fox.com/house/ ) you can look up all the episodes of house and see when the new season starts.
I love that show and cant wait for the new season, I think it starts 9/23/07, or somewhere in there.

The episode you are referring to is from season one and is called "Control". I loved that episode and I love house. best show on tv.
